I’m Steffi, a women’s fitness specialist, Pilates instructor, and sports nutritionist helping busy women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. With over eight years of experience and a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition and Physiology, I’ve worked with everyone from Division 1 athletes to busy moms, and I’ve seen how movement and nutrition can completely transform your strength, energy, and confidence.
Most recently, I became a certified Pilates instructor, and I’ve found that combining Pilates with strength training creates the perfect balance, building power and stability while also improving mobility, posture, and core strength. Paired with smart, sustainable nutrition, this approach empowers women to feel their best at every stage of life.
After years of in-person coaching, I built my online programs to give women worldwide accessible, personalized fitness that fits into real life.
